Can someone advise if a prior approval A1 to C3 will still allow the ground floor to be used as A1 and 1st floor to be converted to C3 with alterations to front door of premises?
Building foot print is less than 150sqm.
Look here. The Use Class Order has changed so A1 ‘retail’ is now E ‘Commercial, business and service’. I believe with a footprint of less than 150msqm you should be good, but the planning officer will tell you if you are wrong when you submit the application for it.
