new to site but hope you can help. Turned down for a single dwelling on the grounds of the access lane. Briefly the lane is the same width as the main road that leads to it,the main road has no passing places and permission was granted on green belt for a large rugby club. the lane is less than 100 yds long and vision is in my opinion good from both ends. The main road has poor visibility and is used as a rat run at peak times with cars mounting the curb and verge. Is there a specialised planner who could look at this. many thanks.
