Would yoga classes, childrens activities and relaxation treatments being run in a conservatory that is part of an A3 restaurant, would planning permission be required?  It would be subsidiary to the A3 use, but would typically sit in D2 use of it was the primary business.  The premises sits in the centre of a busy, tourist town.

Thank you very much for you advice/thoughts.

If the main use of an A3 restaurant is to serve food and your proposed D1/D2 use is clearly ancillary to help the A3 serve food then you will be entitled to operate.

Will the conservatory be accessed by walking through the restaurant or will there be a seperate entrance just for the conservatory?
